2.Cancellation and refund options for custom dolls:
  1. Within 6 hours of payment: full refund.
  2. Within 24 hours of payment: 90% refund.
  3. After 24 hours: Since production has already started, it is not possible to cancel. 
However, if you change your mind, force a cancellation, or accidentally place an order after 24 hours, you can contact customer service. At this stage, the materials have been allocated and the costs have been incurred. If you still wish to cancel, we will charge the corresponding cancellation fee based on the order production situation.
  1. Cancellation within 6 hours will receive a 100% refund
  2. Cancellation within 24 hours will receive a 90% refund
  3. Cancellation after 24 hours is generally not refunded, and specific issues will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
3.Cancellation and refund for ready-made dolls:
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
If you cancel after shipment, the associated shipping, labor, and packaging costs will be deducted from your refund.
Handling out-of-stock items: If the doll you ordered is out of stock, we offer the following options:
Free replacement: Choose another doll and get a refund or adjust any price difference, plus additional compensation.
Full refund: Get a 100% refund
